NEW PERMITTING DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUMMERS END GROUP LLC

The following documents all pertain to the newly modified CZM permits for the Summers End Group LLC project to construct a mega yacht marina in Coral Bay Harbor.
These documents reflect activities subsequent to the Legislature's meeting of the Committee of the Whole on October 28, 2019.

Included are the following:
  1. Dec 10, 2019 letter from Senate President Novelle Francis Jr. to Governor Albert Bryan Jr. returning the CZM permits due to deficiencies identified by the Legislature.
